AAPE® increases proliferation of dermal papilla cells of human hair follicle. Dermal papilla cells consist of a discrete population of specialized fibroblasts important in morphogenesis of hair follicle and control of hair growth cycle. It turns over dying skin cells twice faster than normal skin. AAPE is a mixture of refined growth factors extracted from human adipose-derived stem cells conditioned media and induces proliferation of dermal papilla cells of human hair follicles to make hair regrow.
Active proteins are derived from human source and do not have allergic reactions → no skin irritation.
Each growth factor has pharmacological effect but combination of growth factors may enhance the pharmacological action of single protein.
Apply with dermaroller, mesotherapy, electroporation, RF devices or laser.
AAPE® is the first product based on stem cell described in SCI journals with clinical results in humans.
- US FDA, CFDA approval
- PCPC US registration
- More than 20 papers in SCI journals
- 28 patents registered worldwide
Mechanism
What stage of hair loss AAPE can help?
Protocol
AAPE can be applied with various types of treatments such as micro-needle, fractional laser, and iontophoresis. They help the penetration of active ingredients of AAPE into skin to the maximum.
