Nicetile inj. vials 5x
The active ingredient of Nicetile is L-acetylcarnitine, in fact this molecule is obtained through an acetylation reaction that occurs in the mitochondria, in particular it has an important role in the preservation of acetyl groups, with coenzyme A.
This path, however, has a particularly important role in that the cellular metabolic processes go to deconstruct both the fatty acids and the sugars, in this way the L-acetylcarnitine will be able to perform a restorative activity in neuronal lesions.
In practice this molecule helps the nerves to improve their metabolism, having also an action on the difficult functioning of the nerves, which due to injury or inflammation cause a sensation of pain.
Carnitine, which is normally found in all the cells of the body, is indispensable for muscular work, as it helps transform food fats into energy. Acetylcarnitine, structurally similar to acetylcholine, plays an indispensable role for the correct cellular and transmitting energy metabolism at the level of the S.N.C (central nervous system). Experimental studies have shown that Acetyl-L-carnitine also performs a neuroprotective action, useful in the treatment of some neurodegenerative diseases and damage to the peripheral nervous system. Nicetile is prescribed for the treatment of lesions of the peripheral nerves (troncular and radicular lesions) due to mechanical causes or inflammatory processes.
